Japan’s first moissanite jeweler, Brillar, which uses the world’s highest quality ethical gemstone “moissanite,” announces its 2021-2022 AW collection.
Moissanite was discovered at the impact site of a meteorite that fell to Earth in 1893. Natural moissanite is rare and does not circulate in the market, but recent advances in chemistry have made it possible to create it artificially.
This new release expands three design collections as part of the contemporary collection. Leveraging the bold cuts and sizes possible with moissanite, the jewelry is finished to maximize the material’s potential through the craftsmanship of skilled jewelers, precise gemstone cutting, and delicate foundations and settings designed considering how light is received.
Additionally, two new designs have been added to the popular ear cuffs.
Ahead of the 2021 holiday season, we present exciting new jewelry that brings out the new charm of moissanite.
The collection will be available on the EC site from October 18, 2021.
