As the Spring Festival approaches, the demand for consumption upgrades and asset allocation continues to rise. A themed exhibition on natural diamonds, titled “Every Facet, For Peace,” has opened at Xi’an SKP, combining Eastern New Year culture, modern jewelry aesthetics, and the scarcity, value preservation, and long-term appreciation attributes of diamonds. This provides new options for holiday consumption and family asset allocation.
This exhibition is jointly created by De Beers Group and Chow Tai Fook Jewelry Group, serving as the national closing exhibition station. It runs from February 1st to March 8th. The event promotes natural diamond culture, technological innovation, and value enhancement. While enriching the Spring Festival consumption landscape, it highlights the unique advantages of natural diamonds as scarce physical assets.
Natural diamonds are formed over billions of years, with non-renewable resources and high-quality, scarce production. They possess stable resistance to inflation, value preservation, and appreciation characteristics, making them an important option for diversified asset allocation among the public. In the current market environment, consumers’ focus on asset security and long-term value has significantly increased. Natural diamonds leverage their advantages of portability, easy inheritance, stable value, and strong scarcity, forming an important component of physical asset allocation alongside gold and jewelry. They can serve as emotional carriers for holiday gifts and self-rewards, while also meeting the needs of family wealth inheritance and value preservation.
The exhibition site showcases multiple high-end natural diamond series, integrating Eastern aesthetics with modern design, covering multiple scenarios such as gifting, weddings, and collection. The organizers rely on blockchain traceability technology to achieve full-process traceability of diamond mining, processing, and trading, enhancing product transparency and credibility, and safeguarding consumer rights. Concurrently launched products like commemorative diamonds and custom engravings further strengthen the collection and value preservation attributes through uniqueness and scarcity.
This exhibition integrates innovation in the domestic diamond industry with Xi’an’s historical and cultural heritage. It not only enriches the supply of cultural and tourism consumption during the holidays but also guides the industry towards standardized, transparent, and value-oriented development, helping to deeply integrate jewelry consumption and wealth management needs.
