Retail Jeweller is pleased to announce that applications are now open for our exclusive buyer delegation to the Hong Kong International Jewellery shows in March 2026, organised in partnership with the HKTDC. Building on the success of our six previous missions, this programme offers a curated opportunity to connect with global suppliers and discover the latest industry trends.
Applications are now open for Retail Jeweller’s buyer delegation in partnership with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) to the Hong Kong International Jewellery shows in early March 2026.
Retail Jeweller has now led six very successful missions to the Hong Kong Diamond Gem & Pearl Show and the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2024 and 2025.
Places are open to representatives from brands and suppliers, who may be interested in sourcing from the shows, as well as those who work for retailers. Applicants are encouraged to register their interest as soon as possible.
The Retail Jeweller delegation will be required to travel from London Heathrow on March 2, 2026 returning to the UK on March 6, 2026 and those who are selected to attend with full sponsorship will be provided with one return economy class flight and four night’s accommodation in Hong Kong, enabling them to visit both shows.
Some businesses may also be eligible for part sponsorship, which will provide four night’s accommodation in Hong Kong, enabling them to visit both shows, as well as a cash donation towards the cost of a flight.
There is also an option to purchase an nights’ stay in Hong Kong and fly home later, if you feel you would benefit from more time at the shows.
The trip is open to those who did not visit the shows this year (2025) and participants must be willing to have their participation in the trip featured in an issue of Retail Jeweller.
Those who did visit the shows in 2025 are welcome to return to the show as part of the 2026 delegation but, they must show invoices placed with suppliers from the show totalling $200,000 USD to be eligible for full sponsorship (flights and hotel) or $80,000 USD for part sponsorship (hotel and donation towards flights).

Participation is limited to one representative from each retailer, although there is a possibility to add other people from your business at an additional cost.
Applicants will be subject to eligibility screening by the HKTDC and its decision on inclusion on the trip is final.
