Award Ceremony Held in Seoul
The award ceremony for the ‘2020 KGTA International Jewelry Design Contest’, hosted by the Korea Jewelry Association, was held on the afternoon of the 2nd at the Daerim Shopping Center in Jongno-gu, Seoul. Lee Ji-hee, who won the bronze prize (the main award) that day, is striking a commemorative pose.
Purpose of the Contest
The ‘KGTA International Jewelry Design Contest’ was held with the purpose of further elevating the beauty of jewelry in line with global trends through design, discovering talented craftspeople and designers, and injecting vitality into the stagnant industry.
