How to Get the Oval Charm

The Oval Charm, also known as Oval Charm in English, is a key item that originated in the fifth generation of the franchise and is available in the Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl remakes.
To obtain it, you must first become the Champion of Sinnoh, meaning you need to complete the main story of the game. After that, you can follow these steps:
Once you are the new Champion of Sinnoh, travel to Valor Shore.
Once there, go to the northwest area and you will find a swimming pool on Route 213 where a character is bathing (as shown in the attached image).
Talk to this NPC named Morimoto from Game Freak.
The character will want to battle you. You must defeat him.
After defeating Morimoto, he will give you the Oval Charm.
It is important to note that Morimoto will only want to battle you after you have defeated the Sinnoh Champion, so you cannot obtain the Oval Charm before that. Also note that he is a trainer with six fairly strong Pokémon in his team, around level 65, so make sure to bring powerful Pokémon to face him.
Once you have obtained the Oval Charm, it will be stored in your Key Items bag. This charm increases the rate of obtaining Pokémon Eggs at the Pokémon Nursery, making it a much faster way to get eggs from then on. It is a fantastic charm to have if you are trying to get shiny Pokémon, for example.

How to Get the Catching Charm

The Catching Charm, also known as Catching Charm in English, is a key item that originated in the eighth generation of the franchise and is available in the Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl remakes. To obtain it, you must first complete the Sinnoh Regional Pokédex.
You must capture all 150 Pokémon that make up the Sinnoh Regional Pokédex.
Once you have done that, travel to Valor Shore, near Route 213.
In the northwest area of Valor Shore, you will find a house with a blue roof.
Enter the house and you will find the game directors. Talk to the one on the left, and he will give you the Catching Charm for completing the Sinnoh Pokédex.
The function of the Catching Charm is that, once obtained, the probability of critical captures occurring with wild Pokémon will increase significantly. Critical captures happen randomly when a Poké Ball is thrown at a wild Pokémon and it makes a clicking sound, shaking just before hitting the ground. Immediately after, the Pokémon is captured when the Poké Ball has only moved once (instead of the usual three times).
Therefore, having the Catching Charm in your inventory will improve the capture rate of all wild Pokémon, making them easier to catch.
