This story highlights a remarkable gesture of corporate gratitude. As companies navigate economic challenges, KK Jewels’ decision to reward senior employees with luxury cars after achieving a significant turnover milestone underscores the tangible value of investing in and celebrating a dedicated workforce.

In a move to appreciate their employees’ work, the owner of ‘KK Jewels’ gifted cars such as Mahindra XUV 700, Toyota Innova, Hyundai i10, Hyundai Accent, Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, and Maruti Suzuki Brezza to 12 senior team members.
Inspired by Surat’s renowned diamond magnate Savjibhai Dholakia, who is known for gifting cars to his employees, an Ahmedabad-based jewellery company has now gifted cars to 12 of its senior employees in appreciation of their work.
Famous jewellery retailer Kailash Kabra organized an event near Mahemdavad in Gujarat’s Kheda district and gifted new cars to 12 senior team members who played a crucial role in the growth of his company, Kabra Jewels. This is the first time the company has given such awards as part of celebrations for achieving a turnover of Rs 200 crore. Kabra Jewels Limited operates jewellery showrooms under the ‘KK Jewels’ brand in Ahmedabad.
Kailash Kabra, owner of ‘KK Jewels’, entered the jewellery industry in 2006 at just 21 years of age. He decided to share the profits from his company’s good performance as rewards with his team, instead of buying a luxury car for himself.
He further said,
Kailash Kabra gifted cars like Mahindra XUV 700, Toyota Innova, Hyundai i10, Hyundai Accent, Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, and Maruti Suzuki Brezza to 12 team members who have been with him since 2006. This initiative is inspired by Surat diamond trader Savji Dholakia, who is known for giving big gifts like cars and motorcycles to his employees as Diwali bonuses.
Apart from vehicles, Kailash Kabra also gifted two-wheelers, mobile phones, family holiday packages, and gold-silver coins to other members of his team on this occasion.
Kabra Jewels is in the retail business of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery, with wedding jewellery being the most popular. The company operates 7 showrooms in Ahmedabad and is planning expansion in Gujarat. Its IPO was also successful three months ago.
