Editor’s Note
Byredo’s new fine jewelry collection, Virasaat Jumbo & Mini, explores a compelling tension between scale and subtlety. Rooted in founder Ben Gorham’s heritage, the pieces blend Scandinavian minimalism with personal narrative.

The Swedish house Byredo continues to expand its creative universe with Virasaat Jumbo & Mini, a new interpretation of its fine jewelry collection. This new opus is conceived as a dialogue between monumentality and intimacy.
The name Virasaat, which means “heritage” in Hindi, translates the personal and cultural anchoring of the project. It echoes the Indian origins of founder Ben Gorham, whose artistic vision blends Scandinavian minimalism and emotional memory. Since its creation, Byredo has explored notions of identity and transmission through perfume, beauty, and accessories. With Virasaat, the house transposes this reflection into the field of fine jewelry.
For 2026, the collection evolves through an unprecedented play of scale: Jumbo and Mini. Two distinct expressions, designed as autonomous but complementary.
The Jumbo models amplify the essential forms of Virasaat, giving them a pronounced architectural and sculptural dimension.

Conversely, the Mini line offers a more intimate and restrained interpretation of the same formal language.
This contrast in proportions creates a subtle dialogue between visibility and interiority, a conceptual signature of this new edition.

Made in Italy, the pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver or 24-carat vermeil (a solid silver base plated with gold), guaranteeing artisanal quality and durability.
Since entering the portfolio of the Puig group, Byredo has strengthened its diversification strategy beyond perfume. This collection illustrates the brand’s desire to inscribe its aesthetic in durable objects, designed to stand the test of time. In a market where sculptural jewelry and solid silver are experiencing renewed interest, Virasaat Jumbo & Mini stands out as a coherent and distinctive proposition.
This evolution affirms a vision: that of a heritage reinterpreted through form. Between portable sculpture and contemporary talisman, Byredo confirms its place in the design-led fine jewelry landscape and signs a collection where proportion and symbolism become a language in their own right.
The Virasaat Jumbo & Mini collection from Byredo will be launched in a limited edition on February 19, 2026, on byredo.com as well as in a selection of Byredo boutiques worldwide. Prices range from €390 for the Jumbo silver ring to €3,700 for the Jumbo vermeil necklace, positioning Virasaat Jumbo & Mini in the contemporary fine jewelry segment, midway between design and heritage luxury.
