The transaction involves the registration without a public offering of 624,255 securities on the country’s main stock exchange, each with a theoretical nominal value of 1,000 pesos, representing the total share capital of the company.

The firm reported that the initial listing price for the shares, with the ticker symbol “Diablos,” would be 1,620 pesos, according to the document.

Historic Milestone

Diablos Rojos is the first Mexican baseball team to debut on the stock market. In February, the soccer club América went public on the exchange following its split from media giant Grupo Televisa. Since then, its share price has grown by nearly 200%.
