Agricultural scientists explain that Narmada Nidhi was developed at Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary University in Jabalpur. It was developed after crossing Jabalpur’s desi chicken (color) with the native Kadaknath bird. It retains 25 percent of Kadaknath’s characteristics. Up to 75 percent of the traits come from the Jabalpur color chicken. You will find the qualities, characteristics, and taste of Kadaknath in it. Along with that, you will also get the taste of Jabalpur’s color chicken.
