The renovation became necessary after the traditional business fell victim to a break-in in November 2023. However, the family-run company not only accepted the challenge but used it to orchestrate a fresh start at the highest level with state-of-the-art security technology, an expanded sales area, and a completely new design concept. Four generous display windows invite passersby to window-shop with fine watches and exquisite jewelry in Kronberg’s charming old town.
Security is now a top priority at Jeweler Fehn: With armored glass and the latest security systems, the store is optimally protected against break-ins. Simultaneously, the business concept was further developed to offer customers an even better shopping experience. The sales area was significantly enlarged, and the bright, elegantly designed interior invites extensive browsing.
Unfortunately, the esteemed senior owner Fehn could no longer witness the reopening – she passed away in January. For decades, she was the soul of the company and was on-site daily even during the renovation phase. Her legacy is now being passionately continued by jeweler and master watchmaker Marco Akbaba and his team.

Here, customers can choose from a wide selection of various rings or, according to their own wishes, design a completely individual, unique piece for the most beautiful day of their lives. Master goldsmith Marco Akbaba gladly creates drawings based on his customers’ ideas and then brings them to life in silver, gold, rose gold, or platinum, with or without brilliants or diamonds.
In addition to wedding rings, the assortment also includes high-quality gifts for baptisms, first communions, or confirmations, such as fine crosses, elegant watches, or noble children’s cutlery from WMF.
