Watches and jewelry just in time for the Christmas business: the MIDORA Leipzig calls.
The watch and jewelry industry looks ahead and looks forward to a reunion in Leipzig.
In autumn it’s time to shine again: From September 4 to 6, 2021, the watch and jewelry industry will kick off the most profitable months of the year at MIDORA Leipzig.

“Together with the industry, we want to look positively ahead – and that personally and emotionally rather than exclusively digitally. Because the live presentation, the direct encounter, characterize a trade fair like the MIDORA,” emphasizes Andreas Zachlod, Project Director of MIDORA Leipzig.

Optimism has not been lost despite the ongoing Corona pandemic and the resulting uncertainty in the trade fair landscape, says Zachlod:

“We are preparing both the MIDORA and the parallel trade fairs CADEAUX Leipzig and unique 4+1 as in-person events. Together with the industry, we want to lay the foundation for a commercially successful second half of 2021.”

Around 80 percent of long-standing exhibitors have already confirmed their participation in MIDORA 2021. These include, among others, Aristo Vollmer GmbH, Büttner Schmuck Kai Büttner, Emil Weis Opals KG, Filius Zeitdesign GmbH & Co KG, Klaus Beyse OHG Schmuckgroßhandel, Ladenbau Kniep, Madame Butterfly GmbH, Misztl GmbH – RoMi Schmuckwaren, O & K Müller Uhren- und Schmuck Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Otto Blumenschein Schmuckwaren Fabrikation, Otto Christoffel GmbH, Roland Rauschmayer GmbH & Co. KG, Trauring- und Schmuckwarenfabrik, Shaghafi GmbH, Storch-Schmuck e.K. Inh. Marc-Gregor Storch Schmuckgroßhandel, Tutima Uhrenfabrik GmbH, Uhren und Schmuck GH HC Wolfgang Hentschel, UMR GmbH Manufaktur Ruhla, Varell GmbH and Will I. Trotzdem.

Hygiene Concept for Safety

A comprehensive hygiene concept from the Leipzig Trade Fair, which already passed its practical test at MIDORA 2020, provides a solid foundation for the live events in autumn 2021. The “Safe Expo” hygiene concept can be flexibly adapted to current conditions and ensures the safety of visitors, exhibitors, and the MIDORA trade fair team. Safety precautions include, among other things, online registration for all trade visitors, guidance systems, wider aisles and good ventilation in the exhibition halls, intensified cleaning schedules, mask vending machines, and sufficient disinfectant dispensers.
