**Editor’s Note:** Pandora’s new Vietnam factory will run entirely on renewable energy and recycled precious metals, marking a significant step in sustainable jewelry manufacturing. The $150 million facility, set to open in 2026, underscores the brand’s commitment to green production and local economic growth.
Pandora, the world’s largest jewelry brand, has announced that its new manufacturing facility in the southern province of Binh Duong, Vietnam, will operate on 100% renewable energy and use only recycled gold and silver.
The factory, with an investment of $150 million, will contribute to the Danish group’s long-term growth and create 7,000 jobs when it becomes operational in 2026.
Located in the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 3 (VSIP III), the facility will cover over 50,000 square meters on a campus of approximately 7.5 hectares. It will be Pandora’s fourth jewelry factory worldwide and its first outside Thailand.
The plant is expected to produce 60 million pieces of jewelry annually, increasing the company’s production capacity by about 50%.
Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Pandora employs 33,000 people worldwide and produces jewelry at three factories in Thailand, primarily using recycled silver and gold.
In 2023, the company sold 107 million pieces of jewelry in over 100 countries through 6,700 points of sale, generating total revenue of €3.8 billion.
