**Editor’s Note:** Chow Sang Sang has responded to customer concerns by releasing test results from the National Gemstone Testing Center, confirming that its blessing bag products meet national quality standards. The company conducted additional XRF testing on the same batch to ensure transparency and uphold consumer trust.
Chow Sang Sang (China) Commercial Co., Ltd. yesterday (3rd) issued a statement and published test results from the National Gemstone Testing Center (NGTC). Chow Sang Sang stated that it fully understands the concerns of customers and the public, and regarding the relevant situation reported by customers, the company attaches great importance to it and immediately reviewed the destructive test report of the batch at the time of production. The report showed that the quality of the goods in that batch fully complied with relevant national standards.
On the same day, Chow Sang Sang sent the same batch of the same style of blessing bags to the National Gemstone Testing Center (NGTC) for testing. Using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF), the test conclusion for the blessing bag products was that they were pure gold ornaments (Report No.: P-ZSSA2121621). NGTC randomly selected 3 test points from the products, and the gold content results were 99.99%, 99.99%, and 99.98% respectively.
