LEHOSAH has been selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ ‘Global TIPS’ program, securing a total of 1.2 billion KRW in R&D funding. Global TIPS supports companies with both technological capability and global expansion potential, linking private investment with R&D. This selection officially recognizes the technological strength and scalability of LEHOSAH’s AI-based jewelry design and manufacturing automation technology, ‘ChromaKey’.

Through this R&D, LEHOSAH plans to advance its auto-pricing engine based on multimodal AI and Graph Neural Networks (GNN). Multimodal AI integrates and analyzes image, text, CAD, and 3D data, organically connecting data from design to manufacturing stages. Specifically, it applies algorithms that analyze relationships between materials, weight, setting methods, and manufacturing processes in a graph structure to learn process difficulty. The goal is to reduce unit price prediction errors from the current ±20-30% (compared to manual estimates) to within ±5%. This technology aims for a full-cycle automation structure that goes beyond simple price calculation, predicting manufacturability and cost structure simultaneously during the product design phase and automatically matching the optimal manufacturer.
LEHOSAH’s core solution, ‘ChromaKey’, is an end-to-end AI platform that generates 2D designs based on jewelry images or sketches, automatically converts them into 3D renderings and CAD files, automatically calculates material and gemstone quantities, analyzes manufacturing process difficulty to calculate unit prices, and recommends the optimal manufacturer.

LEHOSAH plans to use this to transform the existing mass-production-centric jewelry industry structure into a data-driven, small-batch, multi-variety, customized production system and accelerate entry into global OEM/ODM markets including the US, Japan, and the Middle East (GCC). After the Global TIPS selection, country-specific strategies will be implemented: strengthening customized design and AI-based demand forecasting in the US; expanding manufacturing collaboration based on precision CAD and cost transparency in Japan; and promoting the development of robotics AI automation-based jewelry manufacturing facilities in the GCC region.

Through this R&D, LEHOSAH aims to reduce production lead time by over 30%, improve manufacturing cost prediction accuracy to within ±5%, achieve B2B customer satisfaction (MOS) of 4.0 or higher, and attain real-time detection accuracy for security and false information of over 98%. Based on this, it plans to simultaneously drive the digital transformation of the domestic manufacturing ecosystem and global expansion.
