The event celebrated the enduring friendship between India and New Zealand while highlighting a new chapter in bilateral relations following the signing of the landmark India-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement. Thousands of members of the Indian diaspora gathered to welcome the Indian prime minister, with New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon also participating in the event.
Representing Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Ajith Murali, Regional Head – Far East & Oceania, met Prime Minister Modi and Prime Minister Luxon and shared the company’s global expansion journey and future growth plans in New Zealand and the Oceania region.
