Specifically, the official fanpage of Ngoc Chau Au Diamonds announced the temporary closure of its stores from July 11 to July 24 for system upgrades. According to the announcement, despite efforts to maintain operations and serve customers amid an unstable market, the company felt the need for time to restructure its internal operations, systems, and processes to provide better service quality.
Ngoc Chau Au is a brand specializing in manufacturing and selling diamond jewelry, currently operating two stores in Ho Chi Minh City. The temporary suspension of this business has attracted public attention, as recently, following upheavals in the diamond industry, several businesses such as Thuc Lan Diamond, Long Ngoc Luxury, and Kim Hong have also temporarily ceased operations.
