Bvlgari Unites Haute Couture and High Jewelry in a Collection Woven with Diamonds
Comprising 26 pieces, Bvlgari’s new high jewelry capsule collection explores a novel way of working with diamonds to create flexible structures inspired by lace and haute couture.

In high jewelry, diamonds often share the spotlight with colored stones such as emeralds, rubies, or sapphires. However, Bvlgari decided to change that narrative with a new high jewelry capsule created exclusively around this gem.
Presented during the Haute Couture season in Paris as an extension of the Eclettica collection, the proposal brings together 26 pieces that explore the technical and aesthetic possibilities of the diamond from a different perspective. Instead of focusing solely on the size or rarity of the stones, the Maison emphasizes how they can be constructed to generate movement, lightness, and volume.
The result is jewelry that seeks to behave like a haute couture garment, adapting to the body with the same naturalness as a fabric.
The concept guiding this collection stems from an idea uncommon in jewelry: reproducing the appearance and flexibility of lace using only gold, platinum, and diamonds.
To achieve this, each creation is formed by dozens — and even hundreds — of small articulated modules that allow necklaces, chokers, and earrings to move with the body instead of remaining completely rigid.
This construction makes the pieces reminiscent of tulle, macramé, or traditional Italian lace, where open spaces allow light to pass through the jewel and multiply the brilliance of each diamond.
Rather than placing stones on a metal structure, Bvlgari develops an invisible architecture that turns each jewel into a kind of second skin.
Among the most representative creations of the capsule is Gabarit en Ajour, a necklace crafted with 185 articulated modules that combines carré-cut, baguette, and pavé diamonds on rose gold. Its geometric design seeks to recreate the appearance of contemporary lace that falls over the neckline as if it were fabric.
Another central piece is Mélange Précieux, whose protagonist is a 6.20-carat diamond classified as Type IIA, an extremely rare category representing less than 2% of known diamonds for their natural purity. The stone also features an Internally Flawless clarity grade, D color, and Triple Excellent cut, surrounded by a flexible structure of 200 modules crafted in platinum.
The collection also incorporates Serpenti de Tulle, a reinterpretation of the firm’s most recognized emblem. In this case, the Serpenti motif adopts a structure inspired by tulle through 350 articulated modules completely covered in diamonds. It even includes a detachable chain that can be placed in different positions, bringing the functionality of the jewel closer to the universe of haute couture.
The journey concludes with Dentelle Lumineuse, a set comprising a choker, earrings, and a ring. The choker is formed by 475 modular elements and features a sequence of five diamonds totaling over eight carats, while the earrings gather more than 21 carats in a composition designed to emphasize movement and lightness.
This capsule represents a new chapter within the creative evolution of Eclettica. Instead of using the diamond solely as a symbol of rarity or value, Bvlgari turns it into the primary material of an artisanal exploration where design, engineering, and textile tradition converge.
The collection demonstrates that, in contemporary high jewelry, exclusivity depends not only on the quality of the stones but also on the technical complexity required to make metal and diamonds behave with the softness and movement characteristic of a fabric tailored for haute couture.
